The diminutive size of this 36-square-foot pad in LA inspired us to make the absolute maximum use of the available space. We used every last centimeter as efficiently and as well as possible. For the color scheme we mainly used plum, oyster white and grey. The tailor-made, L-shaped sofa in the living room is an original solution for a smart use of space. In the compact kitchenette and dining room, an antique round folding table combines perfectly with the modern art works hanging on the walls. This home offers a surprisingly large amount of storage space, with enough from for a complete wardrobe. The apartment also has a full bathroom and an ample bedroom connected to a small terrace-garden via sliding doors, offering views onto the greenery without any loss of privacy.
